1. General Provisions

cv4 may at any time request government-issued identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) along with other documents for identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
The verification process helps ensure the security of your funds and prevents fraudulent activity.
3. Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the cv4 platform. Participation of minors in gaming activities is strictly prohibited and this platform is intended for those aged 21 and above only.
Age Limit: For ages 21 and over. If any minor creates an account or attempts to do so, all funds will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
- Providing a false age during registration will result in the immediate cancellation of the account.

- Anyone who operates an account on behalf of a minor will be held equally liable.
4. Account Security

4.1 User Responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out on your account.
- Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Always log out after using a public device or network.
4.2 Account Suspension
cv4 may temporarily or permanently suspend your account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- At the request of a financial institution or due to a legal obligation.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the cv4 platform. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Prohibited Transactions
- Depositing using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.
- The use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
cv4 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The rules relating to these are described in this section.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) the original bonus amount.
- The bonus applies only once with the first deposit.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Direct withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible; it becomes withdrawable after wagering is completed.
6.2 Regular Promotional Offers
- Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the offers page.
- Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, cv4 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
- cv4 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
6.3 VIP Program
cv4's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. By playing regularly and consistently, you can advance to higher tiers. The benefits at each VIP tier may be changed at cv4's discretion.
7. Fair Play and Fraud Prohibition
cv4 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All players are requested to play honestly and in accordance with the correct rules.
7.1 Prohibited Activities
- Using any kind of software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.
- Colluding secretly with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
- Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the system.
- Using a false identity or false information.
7.2 Consequences of Fraud
If fraudulent activity is proven, cv4 may take the following actions:
- Immediate and permanent closure of the account.
- Forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
- Notifying law enforcement authorities where necessary.
- Cancellation and recovery of winnings obtained through fraud.
